Maureen Will is the Director of Communications for the Newtown Emergency Communications Center in Newtown, CT, where she has been for over sixteen years. She retired after 30 years of service from the Brookfield Police Department, where she served as the Captain in charge of Communications and Training. Ms. Will is the Chairman of the Managers of Communications Centers Association (MECCA), a member of both APCO and NENA. She is a Past President of the Atlantic Chapter of APCO and the current Historian.
